How do I create my personal formed.org account?

Click the FORMED button below and  type in " 99645" in the "Find your parish or organization" box under the Create A New Account heading and click the NEXT button. Follow the step-by-step registration instructions on the following pages and you are on your way to deepening your Catholic faith!

Formation is for parishioners of all ages, including 3, 4 & 5 yr. olds, elementary grades, youth, teens, parents, and all adults. To register for your family, go to Faith Formation Registration Form here.

Calendar and Sunday Schedule

• Preschool (three-four):  Allelu! Early Childhood curriculum from Our Sunday Visitor (OSV)

• 1st – 5th: Alive in Christ: Discovering and Sharing the Kerygma religion curriculum from Our Sunday Visitor
• 6th/7th:  Alive in Christ curriculum (OSV)
• 8th/9th:  Alive in Christ Young Adolescents Faith Guidebooks (OSV)

High School teens will be watching and discussing Jason Evert, Crystalina Evert, and Brian Butler’s video series on theology of the body and chastity entitled: “You: Life, Love, and the Theology of the Body.”

Adults are participating in a video/study of the Old Testament Prophets.
