Faith Formation Registration

Formation is for parishioners of all ages, including 3, 4 & 5 yr. olds, elementary grades, youth, teens, parents, and all adults.

PROGRAM FEE: $40 PER PARTICIPANT OR $100 PER FAMILY WITH 3 OR MORE MEMBERS. No family or persons should refrain from registering due to inability to pay.
