- By clicking the SUBMIT button at the bottom of this application, I hereby release and forever discharge St. Michael Catholic Church and their employees and volunteers from any responsibility, claims, loss, or damage while at the craft fair.
- TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  
  PARTICIPATION
  All participants must submit the signed booth application & Terms and Conditions pages. The application must be filled out in its entirety to St. Michael Parish. To avoid duplication of direct sales booths & services (i.e., Pampered Chef, Younique, etc.) the first direct sales vendor to provide the completed paperwork as noted above (for a particular company) retains the right to offer that product or service at this year’s event & no other booth will be permitted from the same company.
  CONTRACT SUBMISSION
  All available space is filled on a first PAID basis. Vendor space is not guaranteed until the application, terms and condition page and rental fee are received. “Vendors must provide any/all equipment needed other than table & chairs (furnished by St. Michael Church). This document is a contract when signed by both parties and signifies that the Vendor has read the entire contract and agrees to the Terms and Conditions. Acceptance by the presenter is subject to approval of a correctly completed contract. The Craft Fair at St. Michel Parish coordinator(s) reserve the right to decline any application either on the basis of duplication of product or due to the services provided being deemed inappropriate/unsuitable for our setting.
  SETUP & TEAR DOWN
  Vendors may enter event facility for the purpose of exhibit setup beginning on Saturday, December 9 at 7:00am. Vendors must use authorized loading areas and remove vehicles immediately after unloading. Setup of exhibit must be completed no later than 8:45 am for 9 am opening and available for purchase until 4:00pm. Should vendor fail to occupy specified space during the scheduled period, the coordinator(s) shall have the right to take possession of said space without any liability or refund of vendor fees. The coordinator(s) reserve the right to reallocate unoccupied Vendor space by this time. Exhibits must not be dismantled or removed before the event has closed at 4:00 pm. Exhibits must be removed by 6:00 pm on December 09, 2023. Vendor will indemnify St. Michael’s for all costs incurred for property being left at the event site outside stated hours. It is the Vendor’s responsibility to clean exhibit space and leave in the condition in which it was found prior to the event. Vendor is charged with having knowledge of and compliance with all laws, ordinances, and regulations pertaining to licensing, sales tax, health, fire prevention, public safety, copyright, and American with Disabilities Act. Minor children accompanying vendors must remain with said vendor’s booth space and cannot be disruptive to neighboring booths or customers.
  LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
  St. Michael’s coordinator(s) shall not be responsible for the personal safety of the exhibitor or his/her representatives from injury, nor the safety of the property of the exhibitor from theft or damage. Exhibitor waives all claims of every kind against St. Michael’s & coordinator(s), event facility, and representatives of the same including, without limitation, all claims for damages based on personal property damage, destruction, loss or theft, personal injury or death, and any other act or failure to act of St. Michael Parish coordinator(s).
